Delivery information
Efficient delivery
We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same
day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Choose the delivery option that best suits
how quickly you need your new clothes. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one
delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
UK Delivery Options
We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
For standard customers:
Standard delivery £4.50 - aims to arrive within 4 working days.
Express delivery £8.50 - aims to arrive 1pm (GMT) the next working day.
(For all orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Thursday.)
Special Saturday delivery £10.50 - aims to arrive before 4pm (GMT) the next working day.
(For all orders placed before 12 midday.)
For preferred customers:
Standard deliveries FREE - aims to arrive within 4 working days.
Express delivery £5.00 - aims to arrive 1pm (GMT) the next working day.
(For all orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Thursday.)

International Delivery Options
We are also delighted to fulfil orders overseas.
Please note: any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs
office for further information.
At twostoned.co.uk we believe every customer should be able to track & trace every order from the moment it leaves
our distribution centre, all the way to their door. This includes international customers.
For this service we use Airsure from Royal Mail where Items receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and are
electronically tracked to the point of delivery. You can check the progress of your item by logging onto twostoned.co.uk
and clicking the track my order button, there you will be presented with the unique code and a link to the Royal Mail
web site, enter the code and you can track your order internationally. Alternatively, you can telephone 0845 609 2609
with the code and you will be updated with progress of your parcel.
If you or another authorized person is not available to sign for your parcel the delivery will be attempted again or
a card with the local collection details will be left for your attention.
Please note: we will only deliver to the destinations that Airsure is currently operating they are as follows:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands,
Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
All international orders are charged at £15.00 per item. Please allow 4-5 working days for Europe and 10-14 working
days for the rest of the world.
