Delivery information
Efficient delivery
We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same
day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Choose the delivery option that best suits
how quickly you need your new clothes. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one
delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
UK Delivery Options
We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
For standard customers:
Standard Delivery £4.99 - aims to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Express delivery £5.99 - aims to arrive the next working day.
(For all orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Thursday.)
Special Saturday delivery £15.00 - Aims to arrive Saturday.
(For all orders placed before 1pm on a Friday.)

International Delivery Options
For this service we use International Signed for from DHL where Items receive priority handling in the UK.
A signature is always provided when the parcel has been confirmed as delivered.
Please note: we will only deliver to the destinations that International DHL guaranteed is currently operating they are as follows:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands,
Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
All international orders are charged at £25.00 per order. Please allow around 5 Working Days for
Western Europe. Around 6 Working Days for the rest of europe, and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world.
