How do I return an item from the UK main land?

To return an item, you must complete our easy-to-use Returns form click here, which notifies us of your request. Failure to fill out the Returns form could seriously delay our ability to process your returns request quickly & efficiently. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email, and on the packing note that came with your purchase. Allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed after it has reached our returns department.

I am an International customer, how do I return an item?

Any International returns must be paid for by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to insure the item is returned safely. We recommend a tracked service is used. If you are an international customer (non UK main land) please email: customercare@twostoned.co.uk Please include your order number, full name and details of the item you wish to return. Our customer care team will be able to process your return request and provide all the information you need to return your goods safely

How do I return my order for FREE using Collect+ ?

You can now return your Two Stoned order for free if you are a UK mainland customer, via your local supermarkets, corner shops and newsagents, providing they offer the Collect+ service. There are over 3500 stores nationwide offering this service. Please click the link to find your nearest store:

When are Collect+ stores open?

Collect+ stores are open for over 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, with over 98% of the stores open 7 days a week. This makes things even more convenient for you.

How long will it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 10 working days of your twostoned.co.uk goods being collected. For example, if you dropped the orders into a Collect+ store on Wednesday, you can expect your return to be processed by the following Friday.

What about postage and refunds?

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via a special next working day delivery. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will allow for the discounted order value and appropriate discount level. You will be refunded the amount you paid including the discount not the undiscounted item amount.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

What if I've worn the item or removed tags?

Please Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We are then ready to process a full refund quickly and efficiently from the moment we receive your parcel.

Can I get more information?

Please insure the item(s) you are returning are in the original condition We have extended the return date of all returns for the Christmas Period. You have up until January 14th 2012. receipt and please allow up to 3 days for your items to get to us.

If I want to cancel?

Under the United Kingdom`s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Two Stoned, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to customercare@twostoned.co.uk.

We can only accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and issue a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

STANDARD DELIVERY, UK main land only

Standard delivery is available for every order to UK mainland customers. Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends & Bank holidays] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday. Your order will be sent out via Parcel Force. Order tracking is not available for Free standard delivery, so please wait the full 5 working days for your delivery to arrive. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Usually at the local post office. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK next day delivery information

If you place your order from Monday through to 1pm Thursday, you will receive your goods the next working day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday through to 1pm Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Please note we do not deliver on a Bank Holidays and your order will be delivered 2 working days later. If you require a tracking number please email customercare@twostoned.co.uk and the tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. The cost of Next Day Delivery is £5.95. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. Or leave a card stating the parcel is at the local post office. Please note Next Day Delivery will be accepted with your order if selected at the checkout, but for the following postcodes the service is not guaranteed due to location. Therefore delivery could take extra time to arrive. Special Saturday delivery is £15.00 - Aims to arrive Saturday. Orders must be placed before 1pm on a Friday to Qualify.

International delivery information

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Therefore it is far more economical for you to purchase multiple items for the same delivery charge. International delivery destinations, timescales and cost are as follows: Belgium: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. Channel Islands: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. Denmark: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. France: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. Germany: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. Luxembourg: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. Monaco: £10 Delivery within 5-7 days. If you require a tracking number please email customercare@twostoned.co.uk Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren`t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Are there customs or import charges with international delivery?

Within the EU (European community) there are NO customs charges for goods arriving from Two Stoned. Just place your order with us and we will do the rest. For countries outside the EU: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise further, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

I have received a faulty item?

If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team. Email - customercare@twostoned.co.uk We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the fault. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment`s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

I have received an incorrect item in my order

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team. Email - customercare@twostoned.co.uk We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

Do you deilver to a work place or PO box?

We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

An item is missing from my order?

Regrettably mistakes can happen. OR Sometimes we don`t send everything you`ve ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our customer service team who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.
