We understand that from time to time, an item(s) may need to be returned. We want to make this process as easy and convenient for you as possible.

Before sending an item back to us, please read this returns policy carefully, to ensure that your request can be dealt with as quickly as possible. Once you have read and understand our returns policy please follow the steps below to return your items.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new clothes but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations please click here and fill in our simple returns authorization form, this lets us know what is being returned, who is returning it and why. We are then ready to process a full refund quickly and efficiently from the moment we receive your parcel.

To return an item (...this is important)

To return an item, you must complete our easy-to-use Returns form above, which notifies us of your request. Failure to do this could seriously delay our ability to process your returns request quickly & efficiently. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email, and on the packing note that came with your purchase.

Cancellation of an order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Two Stoned, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to customercare@twostoned.co.uk

We can only accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and issue a registered signature from us when we receive the parcel.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Postage

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via a special next working day delivery. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will allow for the discounted order value and appropriate discount level. You will be refunded the amount you paid including the discount not the undiscounted item amount.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items in mint condition

Please Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Finally

Please insure the item(s) you are returning are in the original condition within 14 day of receipt and please allow up to 3 days for your items to get to us.
