Important, but seriously unexciting
These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our
website and the services we offer including the sale of retail goods to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept
all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.
This agreement includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference. We
strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information contained on other pages or websites referred
to in this notice, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you. Please also refer to our Legal
Notice and Privacy Policy.
New customers
As a new customer you may browse and purchase goods from our website. To make a purchase you will be required to provide
us with details of contact, delivery and payment for us to complete your order. Twostoned.co.uk will never disclose or
sell any of your details to third party or organisation that we believe would interest or benefit you unless you inform
us that you want us to.
Making a purchase qualifies you to be chosen by our stylist team for membership to the Two Stoned preferred customer
program. (See terms of the www.twostoned.co.uk preferred customer loyalty program). If chosen you will receive an
invitation email informing you of this upgrade. Please follow the instructions and the link on the email to complete
your registration.
Your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to provide and input a password and confirm your
details. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username, whether by you or any other person. It is your
responsibility to keep your username and password safe. You should not disclose or transfer your username or password
to anyone else and you must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username or password.
You warrant, represent and undertake that any information, which you provide when you register as a user, shall be up
to date, true and accurate in all respects, and you agree it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to such
information.
You can e-mail any changes in your details to us at customercare@twostoned.co.uk or if you're signed in as a Preferred
Customer, you can do this via the My Preferred Customer Account section.
Promotions and offers
Please note that promotions and sales are not valid together. Only one promotion can be used in a single order. This excludes gift vouchers.
Order acceptance
Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, we never allow an item to appear for sale
if it is not in stock and available to ship immediately from our distribution centre. But in the unlikely situation
that you purchased an item that is out of stock (we are only human and from time to time a mistake can be made) we will
contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund along with apologies, therefore we state all items displayed for
sale are subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the
goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.
Legal statements on returns
Please note, for fast and efficient returns it is extremely important that you follow our returns process. Please go to
the returns page within customer care, fill out the simple authorization form that is emailed to us and printed off by you.
We will then be expecting your return and this will enable us to post your exchange item or issue you with a refund immediately.
It is important to understand that all credit/ debit and other card issuers and providers have different processes, term and timescales
that they operate to. Although we will process your refund immediately (on all items returned that meet the conditions set
out below). The refund may not show on your card or statement up to or between three working days - two weeks. We recommend
that you check any progress with the card issuer.
We accept returns if they are: unused, unworn, in a resalable condition with all tags attached, with no deodorant or makeup
marks and with the original packaging. Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds will be made by the original payment
method. (Full details on how to return your order are in customer care on the returns page). Upon returning goods on
which you have received a discount /offer the discount / offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer
threshold. Goods are returned to Two Stoned at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage
as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Two Stoned will pay shipping on your first exchange.
Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard shipping rate.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Descriptions and Product Information
Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may
occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions,
colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
All graphics, artwork, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions,
photos or illustrations contained in the Two Stoned online catalogue are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an
approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee
shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
Two Stoned shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract,
negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
Acceptable Use
You acknowledge that you are responsible for all communications sent via or to this website and agree your use of this website
for private, proper and lawful purposes only. You will not carry out any act or omission or procure any act or omission
which would:
Damage, delay, interrupt or impair the use of this website or its software;
Cause any illegal, offensive, defamatory material to be placed on or associated with this website;
Be in breach of any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidence, or any other third party right; or Cause any inconvenience
to Two Stoned, its employees, servants, agents, software and other suppliers or any other third party (including, without
limitation, creating or procuring software viruses, chain letters, unsolicited communications and 'spam').
In the event that you breach any of these conditions, you will indemnify and keep indemnified Two Stoned, its parent,
subsidiaries, associated companies, employees, servants, agents, professional advisors, suppliers and affiliates from time
to time against all damages, losses, claims, costs, charges, awards, orders, judgments and other liabilities suffered or
threatened as a result of a breach of these conditions.
Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Two Stoned product without the express, written
consent of Two Stoned is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders for Two Stoned items deemed to be commercial quantities will not
be accepted. Please note local import duties maybe payable on receipt of international orders. The list of country's we
currently ship to can be found in customer care.
All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction
of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
Termination and Suspension
We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your registration and deny your access to all or part of the website
or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if:
You are in breach of any part of this agreement.
We cannot, for any reason, verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for us, you, or any other user.
All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
